Oliver Jochims

Head of HR AXXUM Group

After completing his training as an industrial clerk, Oliver Jochims studied Business Administration at the University of Göttingen with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing.

Oliver has held various HR leadership positions in the IT, telecommunications, aviation, and rail industries. Since the beginning of 2024, Oliver has been leading the HR department of AXXUM Group with great dedication, accompanying the transformation of AXXUM into one of the largest players in the European market with his HR-team.

Thanks to his extensive experience, Oliver has developed broad expertise in HR, with his main areas of focus including compensation issues, recruiting, and HR KPIs. In addition to this, his primary goal at AXXUM is to prepare the company for future HR and employee challenges.

For several years, Oliver has been sharing his knowledge as a lecturer at various universities. Oliver has revealed to us that he is currently working on two publications – perhaps we will learn more about them at the Breakbulk event.
