Fleet performance & Sustainability Manager Spliethoff

Max joined the Spliethoff Group after finishing his master’s degree in maritime engineering with a specialisation in shipping management at the TUDelft. Joining the business innovation and analytics department. 

Since joining Spliethoff he has worked on developing and implementing a data driven fleet performance system. This developed into getting deeply involved in sustainability topics and these days leading those efforts withing the group. Together with ensuring we innovate internally and using date driven insights.
