Henri Le Gouis

Executive Vice President, Global Freight Forwarding GEODIS

Henri Le Gouis is a highly experienced executive in the transportation and logistics sector, with over 30 years of expertise. Since December 2024, he has been serving as Executive Vice President of Global Freight Forwarding at GEODIS, a subsidiary of the SNCF Group, and is member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Henri Le Gouis graduated from both ESCP and Sciences Po Paris. 

He began his career in 1991 as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen, before joining the Bolloré Group since 1994 as a financial controller, then he became Managing Director for the entire European Region. He significantly contributed to the company's growth and operational excellence. 

Recognized for his expertise in supply chain management, international logistics and strategic vision, Henri Le Gouis is now driving GEODIS’ Freight Forwarding operations towards greater innovation, sustainability, and global competitiveness. He is managing a team of 9,000 professionals around 150 countries and drive the Ambition 2027 to make Freight Forwarding a pillar of the growth strategy of GEODIS.
