Before Evan’s current position in Nortømmer, he worked in the Norwegian army for 18 years as an officer with different logistic positions within different combat units in Norway and Afghanistan.

He started at Nortømmer in 2020 and was hired in a newly created position with the main responsibility for shipping.
From there on Evan has built up the company within shipping from 400,000 tons in 2020 to 900,000 tons of timber in 2024. 

The aim for 2025 is to ship 1.2.mil solid cubic meters of forestry products in Europe.
