Adjunct Professor, University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering, COO – Global Energy & Capital Projects, UTC Overseas, Inc.

Marco Poisler is a key figure in global logistics and serves on UTC Overseas’ Global Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. He studied economics at Georgetown University and earned a Master’s degree in Transportation from SUNY Maritime.

Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with working knowledge of Ukrainian, Marco has played a major role in establishing strategic Global Energy & Capital Project offices around the world. He also teaches Project Logistics at the University of Houston’s Cullen Engineering Supply Chain & Logistics Technology Program.

Alongside his industry leadership, Marco is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at UH Bauer, focusing on the intersection of AI and logistics. He co-authored the textbook Project Logistics: The Universal Transportation Course and continues to contribute to the future of global transportation and project logistics through education, innovation and industry collaboration.
