As Director of SAL Engineering GmbH, Jörg Lamers leads engineering operations within the Harren Group, focusing on transport and installation solutions for complex project cargo.

With extensive experience in heavy lift and offshore installation projects, he works closely with operators, crews and clients to deliver technically demanding logistics solutions.

Managing Director, SAL Engineering GmbH

Dipl.-Ing. Karsten Behrens is Managing Director of SAL Engineering, specialising in heavy lift transport, maritime engineering and project execution.

With more than 17 years of experience in heavylift and offshore projects, he works across engineering, development and operations with global project partners.
