Altug Sozalan is the CEO of CJ-ICM Logistics, serving since 2017. He started his career in freight forwarding, specializing in multimodal shipments and break-bulk vessel operations. In 1998, he became Regional Operations Manager in Dubai, managing a multinational team across 14 countries. Under his leadership, CJ-ICM expanded to 18 countries with 35 offices. His expertise includes operational management, strategic investment, recruitment, and team development.
