Tina Benjamin-Lea brings over 35 years of expertise in project logistics, shipping, and heavy-lift cargo management to the Breakbulk Green World Awards judging panel. As the Senior Project Logistics Manager at Northvolt Drei Project GmbH, she plays a key role in leading the supply chain management for the future battery gigafactory Northvolt Drei in Northern Germany. Powered with renewable energy, the highly automated factory will produce sustainable batteries for electric vehicles.”

Previously, she served as Project Logistics Director at Air Products, overseeing logistics for the groundbreaking NEOM Green Hydrogen Projects, and as Senior Logistics Manager for the MEET region in Saudi Arabia. Her leadership extends to past roles as General Manager for Kerry Project Logistics in Abu Dhabi and Logistics Director for AMALAA, where she was instrumental in construction logistics for major developments.

With a career spanning global logistics operations at SNC Lavalin, Shell, and TransOceanic, Benjamin-Lea’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to sustainability make her a valuable contributor to the Green World Awards.
