Lars Feller

CEO dship Carriers

As the President of dship Carriers, Lars Feller, brings more than two decades of experience navigating the complexities of the maritime industry, never losing his passion for all aspects of shipping, and his keen eye for new opportunities.

Having studied in the United States and residing as a shipping professional for 13 years in Japan, Lars did not just gain the skill of speaking Nihongo, he further broadened his perspective and comprehension of cultures and international business. This contributed to a profound understanding of the trends, challenges, and chances facing the industry. Lars inspires his team with his commitment to improvements in customer service, market readiness, and his focus on dship's team spirit. As Lars likes to say, "working together as a team is fundamental to achieve excellence. We are all part of the same ship, and each of us plays an important role in its success."
Despite his demanding schedule, Lars is also a devoted family man who lives in Hamburg with his wife and three children. He places great importance on making time for them and enjoys engaging in activities such as attending soccer matches with his boys.

Ever since Lars took the company's helm, dship Carriers has experienced significant growth on a global scale, expanding its reach, and increasing its market share. His strategic vision and customer-centric approach continue to be a driving force behind the success of the company, and he is dedicated to establishing dship Carriers as a trusted partner in the industry. Lars believes that dship is the future and encourages the team to be bold and present for the clients of today and the future.
