With a genuine passion for shipping lying in her genes, Melanie has been a driving force in the industry for almost three decades. From her beginnings at Rickmers-Line, where she held various key positions including Key Account & Project Manager, to her tenure as Manager of Global Business Development at SAL Heavy Lift, Melanie has honed her skills and deep understanding of industry trends.

Since joining dship Carriers in 2018, Melanie has been a driving force behind the company’s ongoing success. In September 2023, she was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, where she continues to lead with vision and dedication. 

Outside of work, Melanie finds joy in traveling and reading. Exploring new cultures and ideas not only enriches her personal life but also infuses her professional endeavors with fresh perspectives and creativity.
