We’ve heard you! To support the continued growth of this global event and feedback from the Breakbulk community, Breakbulk Europe, will now be a 3-day event from 2025.

Bigger then ever! We are adding a new hall at the Rotterdam Ahoy in 2025 along with the introduction of Superhighways across the show, offering wider aisles to support the increased number of visitors attending the event. Superhighways will be located along key access points throughout the show and aim to support visitor experience onsite, enabling attendees to make their way around the floorplan with ease and provide direct access points to key features and all corners of the show. Our pricing structure has evolved to reflect the addition of these superhighways, which your account manager will be happy to talk you through.

Please find below the floorplan for Breakbulk Europe 2025 zoned as Platinum, Gold and Silver;

Platinum - includes stands at the front of the hall, entrances and along superhighways, these are premium due to the high demand for these spaces
Gold - includes areas around some show features and stands along the superhighways
Silver - includes all other areas of the show

Listening to feedback from the industry, it is clear that everyone needs more time to meet, network and do business at Breakbulk Europe. You asked and we have listened, in 2025 we are extending our opening hours to provide a full day on Tuesday, making Breakbulk Europe 2025 a full 3-day show! Benefit from the 28-day cool-off period until 20th June 2024, allowing you to review your decision post-show with no penalties. Simply let us know in writing within 28 days of the show should you wish to cancel.
