Get Ticket

Visitors are required to purchase a ticket to attend Breakbulk. 

Ticket prices increase as the event approaches, so we strongly recommend booking early to secure the best available rate. The earlier you register, the lower the price you will pay compared to onsite registration. 

Complimentary attendance is available for selected groups, subject to application review and approval, including: 

• Accredited Media 

• Students 

• Approved Global Shippers 

All complimentary registrations are vetted to ensure eligibility before confirmation is issued.

We accept credit card only:

• No bank transfers 

• No invoicing 

• Make sure the correct credit card billing country is selected. 

Incomplete Registrations 

If any mandatory fields—especially the payment section—are left incomplete, your card payment may fail. 

Please re-open your registration form and complete all sections fully.

System-Generated Invoices 

After payment, your confirmation email includes: 

• A link to download your invoice 

• Access to edit your registration 

Refunds will only be issued in the event that government travel restrictions between a registrant’s location and the event venue are in force. 

Refund Process: 

Refunds go only to the original card and may take up to 7-10 days to appear.

• A separate email containing your QR codes will be sent shortly before the event dates. 

• No printing needed. Simply bring the digital QR code and you can scan it onsite (also retrievable through the Breakbulk App). 

On-site printing is available at: 

• Scanning stations 

• Registration desk 

Ticket purchase - no discounts apply 

• Select the Bulk Registration option on the registration page 

• The group leader who initiates a bulk purchase must also attend the event. They cannot be removed from the group later. 

• The group leader manages all team registrations including assigning & purchasing networking event tickets. 

• The group leader has access to all confirmation emails and access to the Breakbulk App to manage meetings for the team.

4. Approved applicants receive free tickets by email 

Students must upload a valid student or faculty ID to complete registration. 

They may only access areas included within the student programme agenda.

3. Your application will remain pending until reviewed – usually within 1-2 working days 

4. Approved applicants receive complimentary tickets by email 

You can either book through the registration form as you register, or if you have already registered, use the ‘Book Your Place’ or ‘Book Now’ link in your confirmation email. 

  Please note: 

• Workshops require an additional fee 

• Some sessions (e.g., Women in Breakbulk) have limited capacity 

• Visitors can edit their order to add workshops at any time 

• If you do not see the workshop listed under “Book Networking or Workshops,” it means the workshop is fully booked. 

All sales are final, tickets purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please email Breakbulk Support for any queries with registration.

Breakbulk Europe is for trade and business professionals related to the industry only. The general public and persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. Badges are non-transferable onsite, and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Breakbulk Europe or future Breakbulk events.

Please note that all onsite badge reprints are subject to a € 25.00 Euro fee per show management.
