NextWave 30 is designed to engage and support emerging talent as they build their knowledge and connections in their early careers. Via networking and awards, the aim of the programme is to highlight outstanding achievement and celebrate the industry’s future leaders, helping them grow their networks and make career-long partnerships.

 Where: Breakbulk Live, Hall 1

The NextWave 30 Awards are open to individuals aged 30 or under as of 18 June 2026 who have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics, transport, project cargo, or related industries. Whether you want to recognise a colleague or you put yourself forward, all entries are welcome! Up to 30 individuals will be chosen based on their achievements, potential, and contribution to the industry, and selected individuals will be required to attend the NextWave 30 ceremony at Breakbulk Europe 2026 on Tuesday 16 June.

Entries open on 9 March 2026.

Meet like-minded professionals

 When: Wednesday 17 June, 11:00-12:00

 Where: Sports Bar, Hall 2

NextWave 30 aims to facilitate and encourage connection between early-career professionals. Our NextWave 30 Networking Hour will be held on Wednesday 17 June at 11:00 in the Sports Bar located in Hall 2. With light refreshments available this is an informal way to meet peers and expand your network. The session is free and available only to individuals aged 30 or under as of 18 June 2026 who have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics, transport, project cargo, or related industries.
