Currently, as an Analyst specializing in the commercial and operational aspects of Project Cargo (Out-of-Gauge and Breakbulk), he assesses technical feasibility and prices high-value, complex shipments for sales teams across Europe.

His day-to-day work sits at the crossroads of vessel constraints, terminal capabilities, and commercial ambition. In this segment, the role requires translating technical limitations into profitable business decisions, and finding that delicate balance is what he and his team do.

With nearly a decade of diverse maritime experience, Marco remains continuously fascinated by the industry's dynamics.
