Welcome to Breakbulk Europe 2026! We’re delighted that you will be exhibiting with us at Breakbulk Europe 2026, taking place from 16 to 18 June 2026 at Rotterdam Ahoy, the Netherlands.

Breakbulk Europe brings together industry professionals from across the project cargo and breakbulk supply chain, with decision‑makers from EPCs, manufacturers, logistics, transport and procurement at the centre of the event.

We understand how much coordination goes into preparing your stand, which is why we’ve created this Exhibitor Manual, a one‑stop guide containing all the essential information you need to exhibit successfully at the show. It brings together all the key technical, operational and logistical information required to plan your participation, including build‑up and breakdown guidelines, deadlines, venue services and compulsory requirements.

Ticket terms & conditions

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your pass to a colleague, if it has not been printed or used on-site. Please email [email protected] including the details of the original pass holder and the individual to whom you wish to transfer the pass.

Refunds on attendee passes will only be issued in the event government travel restrictions between a registrant's location and the venue are in force.

Breakbulk Europe is for trade and business professionals related to the industry only. The general public and persons under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry. Badges are non-transferable onsite, and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into Breakbulk Europe or future Breakbulk events.
