Taking place at the world’s largest event for the sector, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your solution within an environment that brings together the full supply chain, from project owners and EPCs to carriers, ports and logistics providers.

How it works
Apply to Take Part
Submit your application outlining your innovation, traction and relevance to the industry.
Selection Process
A shortlist is created, with the strongest applicants selected to move forward.
Submit Your Pitch Materials
Finalists may submit an optional pitch deck of up to 3 slides in advance to support more informed panel feedback.
Pitch Live on Stage
Finalists present live at Breakbulk Europe in front of key decision-makers.

Who can get involved?
To apply, companies must have a proven, market-ready solution relevant to the breakbulk, project cargo or wider port and maritime sector.
Applicants should demonstrate early traction, such as pilots, clients or funding, and typically be 3 to 7 years old, with clear potential to scale across the industry.
