Tyler Sullivan serves as Executive Vice President of Defense Solutions at ICAT Logistics, where he leads global strategy and execution across government, defense, and high-consequence logistics operations. He is responsible for ensuring that defense-focused organizations and companies operating in contested environments are supported at the highest level, whether executing U.S. Government and allied missions or securing critical minerals and supply chains essential to sustaining the global economy.
At ICAT, Tyler builds and scales specialized logistics capabilities supporting the U.S. Government, allied nations, and defense contractors across both stable and contested regions. His expertise spans ITAR compliance, secure transportation, air and ocean chartering, and end-to-end program management for sensitive and time-critical cargo.
A former Army Ranger with multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Tyler brings a mission-first mindset and disciplined leadership approach to complex supply chain environments. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. His focus remains on advancing integrated, technology-enabled logistics solutions that align operational execution with strategic growth in high-risk, rapidly evolving environments.
