The aim of NextWave 30 is to highlight outstanding achievement and celebrate the industry’s future leaders, helping the next generation grow their networks and make career-long partnerships.

In the form below any individuals aged 30 or under as of 18th June 2026 who have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics, transport, project cargo, or related industries, can be nominated. Whether you wish to recognise a colleague or put yourself forward, all entries are welcome!

Up to 30 individuals will be chosen based on their achievements, potential, and contribution to the industry. Selected individuals will be required to attend the 30 under 30 ceremony at Breakbulk Europe on 16th June 2026 in Rotterdam Ahoy. Good luck!
