The aim of NextWave 30 is to highlight outstanding achievement and celebrate the industry’s future leaders, helping the next generation grow their networks and make career-long partnerships. All individuals aged 30 or under as of 18th June 2026 who have a minimum of 1 year professional experience in logistics, transport, project cargo, or related industries, can be nominated. Whether you wish to recognise a colleague or put yourself forward, all entries are welcome.

Up to 30 individuals will be chosen based on their achievements, potential, and contribution to the industry. Selected individuals are required to attend the NextWave 30 ceremony at Breakbulk Europe on 16th June 2026 in Rotterdam Ahoy. The closing date for nominations is 10th April 2026. Good luck!
