NextWave 30 Nomination Terms & Conditions

Prize draw terms and conditions: 

Breakbulk Europe NextWave 30

This prize draw and Award is organised by Breakbulk Europe, part of Hyve International Events Limited (the “Promoter”).  By entering this prize draw, you accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.    Eligibility 

1.1    The prize draw is open to persons aged 30 or under as of Thursday 18th June 2026 who have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics, transport, project cargo, or related industries, who are nominated for the Breakbulk NextWave 30 Award (the “Award”).

2.    Nominations

2.1    The opening date for nominations for the Award is 9th March 2026 at 10:00.

2.2    The closing date for nominations for the Award is 10th April 2026 at 23:59. 

2.3    Nominations received for the Award after the time referred to in section 2.2 above will not be considered for the Award. 

3.    Prize

3.1    The winners of the Award (the “Winners”) will be shortlisted by the Promoter after 10th April 2026. (the “Draw Date”)

3.2    The Winners will be notified via email on or after 1st May 2026.

3.3     The Winner must respond to the Promoter within five days (the “Claim Period”).

3.4    If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.

3.5     The Winners will receive the Award: 

a)    a free ticket to Breakbulk Europe 2026 (if ticket has already been purchased free ticket will roll to Breakbulk Europe 2027), and 
b)    a trophy.

4.    General

4.1    If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when nominating a person, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.

4.2    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at Hyve International Events Limited, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6JG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in clause 2.2 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

4.3    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

4.4    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.5    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy https://hyve.group/Privacy-policy. See also clause 4.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.

4.6    These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
