- Ports & Terminals
Lübecker Hafen-Gesellschaft (LHG) is Germany's busiest ro-ro port operator. With high-frequency sea and rail connections, motorways nearby and well-equipped terminals, LHG runs a perfectly coordinated logistics hub connecting Sweden, Finland, Norway and the Baltic States with continental Europe/UK. With around 90 liner calls per week to 20 partner ports, LHG plays a key role in securing European cargo flows.
At four multifunctional terminals, LHG handles and stores various kinds of break bulk, such as cardboard, paper, pulp or steel, bulk goods, building materials, general cargo and heavy goods. Large sheds and covered tracks safeguard weather-protected handling. Highly specialised equipment is available for particularly large and heavy goods.
