My advice to women in the industry is: Don't underestimate the value of operational knowledge and don't wait until you feel 'fully ready' before taking on responsibility. Breakbulk and project logistics can be demanding, but credibility is built through consistency, problem=solving and staying calm under pressure. Speak up, ask questions, stay curious and build strong relationships across operations, commercial and execution teams. The industry needs more women at the table - not just in support roles, but in decision making and leadership positions
