Senior Commercial Executive Port of Barranquilla

Don´t try to fit in, start showing up as yourself! This industry has long been shaped by a certain mold. For years, women entering this space felt the pressure to shrink, to adapt, to mirror what was already there. But the most powerful thing you can do in any room is walk in fully as yourself. When you lead with who you truly are: your perspective, your instincts and your voice, you bring something no one else in that room can replicate. Believe, without doubt, that you can build the career you envision. Not because the road will be easy, but because you are capable of walking difficult roads. Every challenge you have already faced is proof of that. Bring your genuine self, every single day.
