IATA is promoting the 25by2025, I really hope that it can be achieved.

As the first female loadmaster in Emirates, the first female ramp trainer in HKG, I have many the "first female" title in my life. I really hope that more and more women can join the industry and of course, to be the leader in the industry. We don't need to be physically stronger than a man, we work smarter not harder. In 2025, when hi-tech become essentials, communication skills helps to facilitate the work.
