Getting to the venue
Rotterdam Ahoy is conveniently located, with metro and bus stops at Zuidplein just a 5-minute walk from the venue. Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) is a 30-minute drive and offers direct flights from most major cities. For additional flight options, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) is approximately 1 hour away and provides direct train connections to Rotterdam Centraal Station.

For group or individual bookings, all new reservations should now be made via HotelMap.
Cloakroom facilities
The cloakroom is located in the main entrance foyer, it will be open the same time as event days and times. Items cost €2,50 per coat and €5,00 per bag/suitcase (subject to change). A reminder that Ahoy is a cashless venue.
Parking during exhibition days
Exhibitors and visitors can purchase parking tickets for Rotterdam Ahoy in advance via Ticketmaster. Tickets will be emailed approximately one week before the event and are valid from the first exhibition day. They can be used in parking areas P1/P2/P3, with the possibility of being redirected to P4 or P6 by traffic controllers.

Buying Parking Tickets

Parking tickets can be ordered via Ticketmaster up until one week before the event

Within the final week, parking tickets can no longer be bought through Ticketmaster. They must instead be purchased onsite at Rotterdam Ahoy on arrival.
How to use your parking ticket

Drive to any Ahoy parking barrier (front or back entrance).

Scan the ticket at the payment terminal (increase phone brightness if scanning digitally).

Your license plate will be registered automatically.

On exit, the barrier will open using license plate recognition.

If it doesn’t, speak to a parking attendant or press the intercom (hold for 3 seconds).

Vehicle Restrictions
Parking tickets are not valid for:

vans exceeding one normal parking space

Badges and passes
Badges must be worn at all times to access the exhibition halls during show days, and onsite badge printing will be available from 10:00 on Monday, 15th June 2026.
Exhibitors will receive an allocation of exhibitor passes based on their stand size or sponsorship package, with any additional passes needing to be purchased. For security and health and safety reasons, exhibitor badges may only be used by staff working on your stand and must not be shared with anyone else including visitors to your stand.
Only attendees who require access to the show floor during the show days need to register for a badge; during build up and breakdown, contractors and stand builders will be issued coloured wristbands by security personnel once their stand details are confirmed, and therefore contractors/stand builders do not need to register for a badge.
Lead retrieval
Visit Connect is the official lead retrieval tool for Breakbulk Europe 2026. It allows exhibitors to scan and capture visitor details directly from their smart device, enabling quick and efficient follow‑up after the event.
Lead Capture Licences are available for either single‑device use or unlimited devices for the duration of the event. You can purchase the Lead Capture Licence option that suits your stand by clicking here.
