Jan is a passionate port logistician. After holding various positions in a container trucking company and in intermodal transport, he worked as a vessel coordinator in the Port of Hamburg for over 7 years. He therefore knows the processes and players involved very well. As co-founder of heyport, he is fully committed to the mission of improving the coordination of port calls. And to make a significant contribution to reducing GHG by offering innovative solutions to the industry.

With heyport, he & his team are developing a communication & coordination platform to increase the overall port efficiency and save energy & GHG emissions through just-in-time arrivals.
