TCO TRANSCARGO GmbH

The company TCO Transcargo GmbH is an owner-managed logistics company, founded in 1991 by Ingo Zemelka. TCO operates two multifunctional terminals in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg, at Hohe Schaar 3 and at Eversween 25, which are protected against flooding and that have an optimal connection to all container terminals in the Port of Hamburg and to the transportation hubs. Another terminal is located in Stenzelring. The facilities cover an area of over 100.000 sqm and over 25 halls of covered, electronically monitored storage space with more than 55.000 sqm also open space for the storage of container and oversized cargo units as well as its own siding. The own ATLAS software in conjunction with the provision of a bonded warehouse and exemption from presentation to customs enables smooth customs clearance. With over 120 employees, TCO offers a logistically sophisticated full services for all shipments: Procurement logistics, distribution logistics, project cargo, in-house seaworthy packaging and heavy goods handling up to 40 tons single weight, value added services, in house customs department and an own truck dispatching.
