Brunsbüttel Ports owns and operates three ports in Brunsbüttel handling about 13 million tons each year. Conveniently located at the Elbe River and the Kiel-Canal our ports provide direct access to the North Sea as well as Baltic Sea thereby functioning as a gateway to major European inland waterways and industrial areas within the metropolitan region of Hamburg.
The Elbehafen Brunsbüttel is a multi-purpose port for bulk cargo, liquid cargo, break bulk and project cargo. In tandem operations, the shore cranes lift up to 240 tons. By providing the necessary infrastructure for operating a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), the deep-water port also plays a major role as a national supply hub for the import of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
With 17 locations in total, the logistics network is a trusted service provider as well as an ideal partner for maritime logistics services across Northern Germany and Sweden.
