Delivery of VESTAS nacelles for the construction of the Kamensko-Krasnosulinksaya and Gukovo Wind Farms

The delivery of VESTAS nacelles from the manufacturer (Liebherr) in Dzerzhinsk to a specialised jetty for the construction of the Kamensko-Krasnosulinskaya and Gukovo Wind Farms has been successfully completed.
As part of the project for the construction of the Kamensko-Krasnosulinskaya and Gukovo Wind Farms, developed nearby Kamensk-Shakhtinskiy and Gukovo cities in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation by “Vetroparki FRV” and VESTAS, Barrus Projects team performed a complex of works for the delivery of WTG’s nacelles (54 pieces and 24 more by September) from the manufacturer (Liebherr-Nizhny Novgorod) in Dzerzhinsk to a specialised jetty for oversized and heavy weight cargo in Dzerzhinsk city area and further loading onto river transport.
VESTAS nacelles have the following dimensions: 12,73m x 4,17m x 3,18m / 67,5mt.
All works were performed with Barrus Projects’ own fleet of Goldhofer PST/SL with Power Pack Units (PPU), specialised Mercedes-Benz ballast trucks and highly qualified operators.
