Victoria Handschuch is the Global Implementation Manager at DSV Global Projects & Industry Solutions (DPIS), responsible for onboarding and structuring new clients and businesses. She supports the setup of complex project logistics before operations begin, ensuring clear and reliable processes for smooth execution across global supply chains.
Over the past five years, shaped by the pandemic and ongoing geopolitical challenges, she has successfully led high complexity implementations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia, Oceania, and South America, supporting projects across a wide range of industries.
As Product Owner of the department’s Project Management and Collaboration Tool eProjects, Victoria develops smart solutions and actively researches AI-driven innovations to further enhance the system and strengthen digital collaboration. Alongside her global role, Victoria is completing a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, which she studies on weekends.
