Filippo Baldassari

Filippo Baldassari brings together industrial leadership, international experience, and a deeply practical understanding of large scale transformation. He studied at the University of Bologna, one of Europe’s most renowned universities, where he built the academic foundation that continues to shape his strategic and structured approach to leadership.
His professional career has been rooted in complex, technology driven industrial environments. Since 2020, he has served as Managing Director of Scheuerle Fahrzeugfabrik and Kamag Transporttechnik, playing a key role in strengthening the performance and strategic development of both companies. At the beginning of 2025, he was appointed Managing Director of the TII Group, where he now helps guide the international organization with a strong focus on innovation, customer orientation, and long term competitiveness in a highly demanding global market.
