With 7 years of experience at DHL, I have developed a strong foundation in logistics, operations, and project delivery. I began my career as a Project Coordinator, where I supported the planning and execution of key initiatives, building my organisational skills and attention to detail.

Driven by a passion for leadership and continuous improvement, I progressed into a Team Leader role. Here, I was responsible for managing day-to-day activities, motivating teams, and ensuring operational targets were consistently met. My ability to lead effectively and deliver results led to my promotion to Operations Manager, where I oversaw wider operational performance, implemented process improvements, and maintained high standards of service delivery.

Currently, I work as a Project Manager, leading projects from initiation through to completion. In this role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
