Born in 1978 in Parma, Italy, I hold a Master's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, graduating magna cum laude, and have been a Chartered Professional Engineer since 2006.
With nearly two decades of experience in the heavy lift and heavy haul industry, I have progressed through a range of technical and leadership positions, including Project Engineer, Regional Engineering Manager, Team Leader, Deputy Engineering Director, and Engineering Manager.
Throughout my career, I have combined strong technical expertise, innovation, and a results-driven approach to successfully deliver complex and challenging projects, while supporting business expansion into new sectors such as renewable energy.
As Engineering Manager, I led multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects that enabled the company to enter new markets and strengthen its position in emerging industries.
Since 2021, in my role as Deputy Engineering Director, I have been responsible for Research and Development activities, overseeing the conception, design, and implementation of new equipment, technologies, and engineering methodologies.
My responsibilities span structural and functional design, business case development, cost analysis, procurement, and innovation management. This work has contributed to the filing of two patents in 2025.
Since 2024, I have been a member of the company's Senior Management Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and supporting the development and execution of the organization's long-term vision, objectives, and growth strategy.
