Boy Sleddering is a seasoned Managing Director with a strong track record in driving growth and transformation across diverse industries. He has successfully built and scaled high-performing teams, businesses, and cultures in fast-paced, global environments. With family ties to the maritime sector, Boy has long held a personal interest in the industry and its global impact. He therefore joined First Dutch, a long-term investor based on family values and strongly connected to maritime innovation. Following First Dutch’s strategic investment in Navaris (backed by Docklab Ventures and the Port of Rotterdam) Boy was subsequently appointed CEO of Navaris.
