With almost 20 years of global experience, she is known for turning complex supply chain challenges into practical, commercially viable solutions. Alongside her UK role, she serves as a Global Key Account Manager, leading strategic relationships with multinational engineering and consulting firms across more than 25 markets. This gives her a front-row view of how shifting demand, project pipelines, and regional dynamics are shaping capacity and competition across the project cargo landscape.

A founding member of 4D Supply Chain Consulting, Vilasini has advised clients on optimisation, market trends, and decarbonisation—bringing both strategic insight and real-world execution experience.
