I am delighted to join Breakbulk Americas 2025 as Business Development Manager at Port Esbjerg, Denmark’s largest RoRo and offshore wind port, and a key logistics hub for Europe’s green transition.

Working in a traditionally male-dominated industry has taught me that visibility and confidence matter. My advice to women pursuing careers in logistics and shipping is simple:

Trust your expertise. Professionalism and knowledge create credibility in any room.

Invest in networks. Collaboration is the foundation of our industry, and strong connections open new opportunities.

Lead with adaptability. From digitalization to the green transition, the sector is changing fast. Women can and should take the lead in shaping its future.

By sharing experiences and supporting each other, we can inspire the next generation of women leaders in ports, shipping, and logistics. I look forward to contributing to the conversations at Breakbulk Americas 2025 and to building bridges across industries and regions.
