She is actively involved in initiatives that strengthen the port labour market, such as the employer branding campaign Working in the Port of Rotterdam, Inclusive Port and Commuting to the Port. With a strong focus on connecting people and creating impact, Isabelle brings a practical and people-centered perspective to topics such as talent, employability and organizational development within the port of Rotterdam.
