雅斯米娜在贸易和航运领域拥有超过25年的经验，曾担任包括董事会成员在内的多个高管职位，因此她深刻理解作为职场女性，如何推动积极变革。她曾旅居日内瓦、纽约、里约热内卢、特拉维夫和布鲁塞尔等多元化的城市，在职业生涯中娴熟地应对了诸多转型。 从普通员工到总经理，再到董事总经理，她成功主导了多个新项目的启动。
在其职业生涯中，她始终通过各类组织积极投身于贸易和航运行业。2013年至2019年，她担任瑞士WISTA主席；曾任STSA（现Suisse Négoce）董事会成员；目前担任楚格大宗商品协会（ZCA）秘书长。
此外，她还是一名认证的商业与领导力教练，以及生活与转型教练。亚斯米娜的“女性领导力”项目致力于帮助女性挺身而出、发出自己的声音并推动职业发展。该项目将领导力技能与思维模式相结合，既适合个人，也适合企业客户。
