尼莱什·辛哈（Nilesh Sinha）在项目货物运输和船舶租船行业拥有超过28年的从业经验，他于2010年创立了资产自有的项目货物管理公司Procam Group，由此开启了自己的创业之旅。在此之前，他曾在印度及跨国领先物流企业成功担任利润与亏损（P&L）负责人，负责大型铁路、化肥、石油与天然气、钢铁及基础设施项目的物流管理。 作为液压挂车业主协会（HTOA）的副主席，尼莱什通过与政府机构、监管部门、原始设备制造商（OEM）及主要利益相关方合作，在推动行业标准发展及推广重型货物运输最佳实践方面发挥着关键作用。他同时担任特许船舶经纪人协会马德拉斯分会的名誉秘书。 尼莱什·辛哈在加尔各答陆军管理学院创立了Procam供应链与物流卓越中心，从而架起了产业界与学术界之间的桥梁。 作为行业会议、管理及工程院校的常驻演讲嘉宾，他分享了关于项目货物、脱碳、供应链管理技术、可持续发展及数据驱动决策的见解。
