Sebastian is the Associate Director of Shipping at Faststream Recruitment covering our Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Americas operations. Sebastian has gained extensive knowledge in recruitment and the shipping and maritime sectors since he joined the business in 2008.
Sebastian leads and develops the shore-based teams in commercial shipping, cruise, technical shipping, ship management and superyachts.
He is passionate about people and takes great pride in developing his teams and building relationships with both clients and candidates to aid their success.
A familiar face at Breakbulk Europe, Maritime Cyprus, London International Shipping Week and Posidonia, Sebastian has built a close network across the maritime and shipping sectors and multiple regions.
