Paolo Minetti developed his career expertise through working in the supply chain for multinational companies in the rail and chemical industry. With Alstom since 2008, he is responsible for the optimization of internal logistics flows, as well as outbound flows including out of gauge transport, custom activities and sales of spare parts.
